We focus on breathing techniques to maximise your own ability to work your core muscles and stretch your body.

Pilates is a great support for recovering from specific injuries and skills learned can be used regularly at home. It is a fantastic support to loosing post pregnant pounds and working the core muscles in a natural way.

Attire should be flexible with or without trainers. We do supply mats or you can bring your own.

Anyone at any age or ability can do pilates but these are focused on Adult classes.
